The shell sign in the pavement, near our hotel, was pointing out of Oviedo to the Camino del Norte. The Romanesque church is next to the Cathedral. There is a small carving of a Roman soldier in a niche near the door and the old arches are in the wall round on the Calle Sta Ana.

We spent 2 years at Bible College before going overseas as agricultural missionaries. When we returned to the U.K. TioT worked part-time at an Agricultural College until changing to full-time parish work.
Now retired from full time work and walking....
